At Amazfit India Official Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our smart wearables and accessories. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is received, our team will review the details and arrange for a pickup; ensure the device is factory reset and includes all original accessories.

  Reverse Pickup

  A logistics partner will be assigned to collect the package from your registered address within 48-72 hours of approval.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the returned unit passes our quality check at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange unit.
